DRAW Collective interview questions

One in-person interview with 3 principals. Informative discussion to understand the firm, their goals and mission, and for the principals to understand if interviewee is the right fit. Plenty of questions regarding experience and future personal goals. Finished the interview with a tour of the office and meeting current employees. I was disappointed that it was not confidential, as points we had discussed were shared with my current employer.
