I applied online. I interviewed at DPRA (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
Very one-on-one with a lot of material covered.
I enjoyed the style of both my 1st and 2nd interviews. They were refreshing compared to others in the past.
There was nothing about the interview process that made me nervous or uneasy. It was all good.
I can say that it was probably the best interview experience I have every had.

Question 1
There weren't many "standard" interview questions. The interview was more of a conversation with a discussion about what the position entailed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DPRA
Interview
I got recruited online through LinkedIn to have a phone interview with the recruiter. I was very excited for the interview (which was for what appeared to be an entry-level position), and right away the recruiter told me I wouldn't be a good fit for the company after reviewing my resume, and proceeded to ask if I knew of anybody I could recommend for the position. This was not only extremely disappointing but also a huge waste of my time, as I had spent a lot of time preparing for the interview and researching the role and organization. Advice - don't interview people you know won't be a good fit for the role, read resumes BEFORE contacting people.
Side note: I was contacted by the recruiter and not the company directly, however the job posting the recruiter sent me was the same one posted on the company website.
