I hate to write this review because I can tell there are some genuinely great people here, but they might suffer from a lack of overall direction and organization... I was dragged through a multi-month-long interview process which culminated in a THREE HOUR LONG interview where I talked to nine people in total. I had to take three hours off from my current job and was absolutely exhausted afterwards. After all that, I was completely ghosted with no updates for three weeks! Even though by that point I could take a hint, I still reached out to ask for the status and was told they decided to move forward with other candidates. Completely fine, I didn't have the experience they were looking for... But PLEASE, if you're going to drag engaged candidates through a three hour interview with nine people, have the decency to take >5 minutes to send a follow-up rejection email so we're not left in the dark... It made me feel pretty crappy.
