I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
I spoke with DPR at the career fair at my university, expressed interest, then gave them my resume. They reviewed the applicants then called me later that night to set up an interview at the campus interview suite.
Extremely laid back. This was just a preliminary interview in which they give you some more information about the company and answer any questions you may have. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Question 1
It was the standard "what made you choose us?" Nothing out the blue.
I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
