I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
I met recruiters at a career fair. Then I had a screening interview. I was then called back for second round interviews in their regional office. It was an all day interview in which there were eight twenty minute interviews with employees from all over the country and then a site visit. Very enjoyable experience that gave exposure to the overall culture of the company.
I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
