The hiring process is unimaginative and as generic as it gets. You will be phoned after your resume/application is gone over. A phone screen then takes place and then they set an interview for a later date. You go to the interview and all the most generic interview questions you can think of are there. Google interview questions and chances are you'll find them all. It's a very very easy process.
