The phone screening interview took place a few days after I submitted the application. The interviewer was friendly and professional. The questions were reasonable and the interviewer did a great job of putting me at ease. My only complaint is that I was never contacted after the initial interview, even after sending a follow up email requesting the status of the hiring process. It would have been nice to have received a "thanks, but no thanks " email.
