Two virtual interviews and two telephone interviews. All very quick and short. Seemed bad with communicating. Offered me the job, told me they would follow up a couple of days later and then no follow up or confirmation of position, so secured a position elsewhere. No basic salary, 100% sales based pay too which they did not state when advertising the position, so was misleading and they seemed desperate to secure someone despite saying how highly competitive the position was.
