I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DMI (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was invited to a first interview at a certain date/time and 1h before the call I kept getting messages asking me why I wasn't joining the call. I replied stating what the time the interview was booked for and they said they'd need to reschedule then. I ignored the red flag and did the interview the next day. During the interview the person speaking to me wouldn't dare to show their face. Kept asking me if I could do x, y, z, endless question of things they needed to add to the job description and then they said they could only offer a starting salary because they're 'expanding' (I've heard it countless times to excuse a low salary for a experienced worker). I still agreed to a second interview despite them asking me if I'm used to work long hours - that one's on me really. During the second interview, same questions plus kept asking me how soon could I start and why couldn't I start sooner knowing full well what my notice period was. I agreed to a third interview, I asked more role-specific questions and the person interviewing me couldn't confirm or deny and kept saying ''most likely you'll also have to do as we're still expanding'', ''you might have to add that and wear many hats''. I was actually interested to see what the outcome would be. The first person I had spoken to emailed me two days later asking if we could have a chat. I replied with my availability and no response since then (it's been a month).

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about your experience;
- How have you managed different diaries and timezones simultaneously?
Proceeded to ask me how I every little bit mentioned on my CV.
Kept asking if I could wear many hats, work long hours and kept pushing they needed someone to start right away.
