Interviewed and had a positive experience in the first round. When the second round interview came around, I was asked to provide my availability for the following Monday. I gave all of Monday to them, but they responded saying Monday was fully booked. Unfortunately, my next availability was Friday, so I proceeded to let them know I was free all of Friday. Interview scheduled. Friday rolls around and I start up the video interview. No show from the Director of Mechanical Engineering at DMF. Five minutes into the interview, I receive an email telling me they already filled the position. Very unprofessional company and very inconsiderate management/HR considering I had taken half a day off to prepare and interview with this company.

Applied a couple of times before, never heard back. Finally a third time I got called in. Then the interview was delayed and pushed out 2-3 weeks. Finally I got there and sat around in a conference room twiddling my thumbs waiting for interviewer to show up....he was courteous enough to finally show up 30 minutes late. The interview took about 20-30 minutes and was more centered around the interviewer's confusion about my current versus previous roles. He couldn't grasp he concept of change so much of the interview was wasted on his disbelief of things. Overall a complete waste of time and the unprofessionalism of the interviewer was astounding.
