Started with a phone interview, followed by two more interviews with different managers and a test. The final interview consisted of sitting down with the CEO to talk about personal interests, the ability to be a team player, and company values.

Several interviews, including with immediate supervisor, managers of various departments and coworkers. Questions were standard interview questions, regarding experience and my response to typical work-place scenarios. One person did ask me "what type of animal I would be"; discussed with him later, and learned there is no right or wrong answer, just be able to say something intelligent.
