It was a very positive experience and did not feel nervous at all. It was quite informal although I did dress up smartly. There were two people asking the questions and they took it in turns.
Short remote interview with a focus on a variety of admin skills and asking what I'd done before. Very casual, both interviewers were very friendly and down to earth. Made it clear it was for a bank/casual position, no lying or exaggerating what you were signing up for which I appreciated.

first process was I applied online for the role and then after that I had to answer a second part of the application which was a personality suitability questionnaire for the role. once i had passed these two stages i then had to complete the third and final test which was the english and maths test i had passed all the three stages and i was invited for a one to one interview.
