I had a disappointing experience with this company’s interview process. After attending two interviews and being assured by the recruiter that I would receive feedback, I was completely ghosted. The process left me with high hopes that I would get the job, but despite following up, I never heard back. What’s worse, I took a day off work to attend their interview, showing my commitment to the process, only to be left in limbo. This lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disheartening. If a company cannot respect candidates’ time and effort, it reflects poorly on their values. I hope they reconsider how they treat applicants in the future, as this experience has left me feeling let down and undervalued. Would not recommend pursuing opportunities here unless they improve their communication. Advice for the Company: Please have the courtesy to inform candidates of their application status, even if the outcome is negative. Transparency goes a long way in maintaining professionalism.

I am being rehired for my old position after being gone for about ten weeks, after previously working that job for 15 months. So the interview process was a simple discussion absolving issues that caused me to leave in the first place, then an even simpler "when can you start?"
