The interview covered pertinent information regarding pay, benefits, responsibilities, safety etc. I was given a tour while on site with brief explanations of the entire process. I was informed that computer training exercises must be completed prior to receiving an active assignment on the floor.

Interview
It wasn't really an interview to be honest. They had emailed me asking if I was certified and over 18, then asked for a phone interview which never happened, and then asked me to come in for the in person interview. They had me fill out all of the usual hiring forms and once my background check was complete, they sent me my offer letter and a few online training links.

Interview was more like an orientation. Started paperwork immediately after a brief tour & observation of job duties. Thorough application process with fingerprint background check and on the spot drug test results.
