Interview
This interview had the Assessment centre style: written exercise, presentation or simulated pitch after some pre-reading (which you get an hour for), one-on-one interview. Overall a very positive experience! The interviewer (a partner) was encouraging (but I think I got lucky there) and the early careers team was approachable.
