I met the interviewer who was very polite, She asked question from like how I handle a difficult situation with a customer in the past and she wanted to know what I did to resolve the issue. Ask about my past jobs experience and my expectative if I get hire. Also explained the job requirements, schedules and salary. Also verify router internet speed.

What was a difficult situation I My have had in the past with a customer and how I resolve the issue? If I need to call out for job what it will be the reason? If I plan to be out from work in the next 90 days, what was the most that I Like from my last job and what is the reason that I’m looking for a new job?
During the interview Dale spoke knowledgeably about the topics we covered in the interview and demonstrated expertise in the field. He made me feel confident and comfortable during the interview, Dale communicated effectively and gave clear and concise answers to any questions I had. 10/10
