Called me one hour before my final interview to tell me they're canceling it because they offered the position to someone else already. This was after 2 weeks of interviewing, taking a SHL test, asking for 3 references who took their time to write me a reference.

Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume
Good, but it is an onsite position, so I declined.
Nowadays, working 5 days in the Office is Hard.
First, there will be the HR round,
2nd is the interview of 3 people on the panel. Everything went well.
It was a professional interview experience while the interviewer made sure to make me feel at ease and also stick to skills attached to my resume instead of throwing questions randomly related to the role.
