I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Tempe, AZ) in Sept 2012
Interview
Phone interview, online assessment test, and then a face to face interview. The assessment is a great introduction to what you will be doing. It forces you to spend a hour or two doing redundant sales scenarios in a simulator. If you can't stomach this part, don't take the job.

Interview
You can expect the basic interview questions. I personally had an awesome interviewer. The experience was very informative, honest, and transparent. They don't try to sale the position to you. They are completely open and honest about what to expect so that you are able to choose for yourself if the position might be a decent fit for you.
