Process: HR, Hiring Manager, wider team and fibal interview with CMO. The CMO focused solely on one of my previous roles and asked no questions!? HR called me, I provided this feedback... same call, HR informed me no one else was at the final stage, we agreed a base salary/benefits, possible start dates and next steps to get a contract and written offer to me... then nothing... I chased to be informed CMO wanted to see more people 😞
