got a call to come in for a first interview a few days after I applied, at the end of my first interview I was asked to come in the next day to interview with the store manager where I was offered the job assuming I could pass a background check. the background check did take a while (2-3 weeks) but after that came through I was officially offered the job.

Interveiw went very quickly due to a need for employers. Lodge associates were requites to do further back ground checks and screeneings due the nature of the job requiring handling and managing firearms. so the process was a few weeks longer than the process for other positions witin the store.

45 minuets of interview by manager asking many questions and answering many questions, had another manager also ask me many questions many were the same questions asked by fires manager.

Easy for holiday hires, they need all hands on deck and will be easily impressed with any interviewee. Asked about customer service scenarios and how you’d handle difficult customers. Had to get a background check to be able to sell firearms.
