Did a phone interview with a recruiter where they explained their training program that takes part out of state then met in person with the district manager and store manager. Interview process was redundant.
The interview process at [Company Name] was generally smooth, although it had a few challenges. The recruiter was very responsive and communicative throughout the process, which made it easier to prepare. I was initially contacted for a phone screen, followed by an on-site interview.

Interview
Straightforward, one on one interview and then a panel interview, culminating in a final interview. Not a long experience in my opinion. I enjoyed the process. I guess this makes me type more words?
