3 interviews - 1 initial interview and 2 panel interviews. It was a mix of experience level and tenure which was a nice perspective. I heard back quickly from the interviews.

Ghosted twice by the recruiter. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the next day via email. We arranged a phone screen, but the recruiter never called at the agreed-upon time. A few days later, the recruiter contacted me again to reschedule. We made a new appointment time, and she ghosted me again! Two strikes was enough for me. A few weeks later, I got a rejection letter. The whole thing was bizarre.
