The process was completely virtual. I first had a preliminary interview with a member of the recruitment team. My second round interview was comprised of two half-hour interviews with designers from an outerwear and an active wear brand at the company.

Zoom interview, very relaxed and talked through job expectations. Nothing out of the ordinary, I thought it went well but quickly got denied. Have heard rumors about it not being the most inclusive team.
