I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods
Interview
i received a phone call interview first, then an in-person interview. Managers were open and friendly, and seemed to be looking for people who would be outgoing and outdoorsy. Sales experience was a plus. Be prepared to answer the question of what salary you're looking for.
