The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Glenview, IL) in Feb 2011
Interview
Interview with one of the managers. Questions like what are your three best traits, three worst traits. I said for worst three traits was that I can't remember the three traits. I talked to another manager for a few minutes about what the job would entail. The store manager was out of town, but if present you will speak with the store manager.

Interview
It was quick and easy. They asked basic questions about yourself and availability. Nothing too in-depth and no questions that required more than a simple, couple-word answer. Overall, the process felt straightforward, efficient, and low-pressure, making it easy to complete without much preparation or stress.
