Hiring was through a college job fair. There was a new account (client) in the area and DHL Supply Chain was looking for members of the site management team.

There were questions about prior leadership experience - about leaders developing other leaders.
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
