Nach der schriftlichen Bewerbung wurde ich zu einem Telefoninterview eingeladen, das allerdings nicht von DPDHL, sondern einer externen Firma durchgeführt wurde. Das Gespräch war zunächst nett und freundlich, der Zweck vieler Fragen war allerdings nicht ersichtlich. Zudem zielte die Mehrzahl der Fragen auf Persönlichkeit statt auf Qualifikation ab.

Hassle free Walk-in Interview, PI and technical round and later an online interview with head of the department for management trainee. It was really amazing and relevant questions were asked.
Smooth and easy going. Most challenging was the presentation, but the panel was supportive and built on the deck with questions. But, there were many stages to go through overall.
