Begins with phone screening to know what is your interest is all about. After a few weeks, I have received an email for an interview with hiring manager for more detail review
The first interview is online. I was asked some questions based on my CV. Then I was asked about my personality. After the interview, 2nd interview was arranged within one week.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHL (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
I applied for IT department. The interview process:
1. Phone interview with HR (took almost 30 minutes).
2. Got assessment that related to mathematic, problem solving
3. Last one, face to face interview with HR Manager.
I did not manage to pass the last interview. Huhuhu
