Interview process was straightforward. It was a group interview with the CTO and hiring manager. They were responsive and brought me quickly to fill the role. I liked that they didn't drill you with technical questions and tests, it was more about getting to know you and a summary of your skills.
I received an email the following week saying they thought I'd be a good fit for the team, and I needed to give the president a salary requirement. After receiving a short summary of the benefits from the president, I gave an approximate salary range but mentioned I was open to negotiation.
I never heard back from the president, or either of the people I interviewed with after multiple follow ups. I would have liked to see some feedback, or some kind of counter offer. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism used in this case . My advice to any future applicants would be to go in with your lowest possible salary requirement, and for the company to get that out of the way before bringing people into interview.
