It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager and upper management, then an on-site interview later that included a plant tour and a group interview with peers I would work closely with. It varies between managers, but the questions were very easy and standard during the phone interview. In person was much more relaxed and basically was just a conversation.

Two in person interviews followed by an offer. Panel interview with a few managers then a group interview with the team I would be working with which was unlike any other interview I had done- highly recommended as it gives you a chance to meet people before you potentially get an offer.
