The interview process was awkward at best. I was asked a series of questions by my would be boss that alluded to them wanted me to work there for years to come. They offered me the job and wanted me to accept before I walked out the door. There reasoning was because they had another interview after me that they wanted to cancel. It was strange and unprofessional. I declined the job offer.
