The company seems to be running "ghost job" advertisements. I applied for the Order Processing Assistant role multiple times over a 5-month period. Each time, I received a rejection within one week stating: "However, we have realized that there are currently candidates who fit our requirements even better." Despite this official claim that they found "better candidates," the exact same position remains active and is constantly refreshed on company website and other job boards. It is highly misleading to claim a position is filled (or near-filled) while simultaneously hunting for new applicants. Waste of time for serious job seekers.
