I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DECO (Alexandria, VA) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. It consisted of a phone call with the company PD to confirm experience previously submitted to the recruiter. After that it’s back to communicating with the recruiter to get a contract/ school date.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DECO (Denver, CO) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was painless, I came prepared and was rewarded with a Job. Do your homework and be professional do not attempt to get over on these interviewers. They know what they are looking for, former Law Enforcement Officers and military with proven credentials and certificates. Bring those as they will look through them in depth.
