It was pretty smooth over all, first pre checks with HR followed by a meeting with a Business Director. I did not find the team intimidating yet they were thorough and interested. I could feel even from interviews only however how busy and stretched everyone is that works at DDB. There was a big focus on existing client knowledge and proving that you have experience on the client they are recruiting you for. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
