I enjoyed the interview process with DCG ONE. I met with future colleagues from a variety of disciplines, which let me get a sense of the overall organization, especially since account management works with all SMEs. Each person I spoke to was present and engaged, and they were excited to get to know me and my experience and to see if I was a fit for the culture and the work. Each round was relaxed and conversational but informative and transparent.
