It was a thorough interview process. My first interview was over the phone Then I had a virtual interview and last an in-person group interview. All with many typical interview questions. Then after I was hired, I was required to travel to Duluth for two days to attend onboarding.

Overall seemed like a a decent company based on Google reviews and BBB. Unfortunately HR missed calling me for my first phone interview, I had to email them and reschedule. Also, one of the owners was late to my final interview at their office. After seeing some other reviews here and seeing first hand, it appears that they are a little more unorganized than I expected and seems they also might not pay their people fairly. Probably a good thing that I wasn't a good fit for the organization. Imo they should figure out their hiring/decision process so they don't waste peoples time. It's a commission only sales job, you should be able to figure out if someone is a good fit for your organization after first or second interview, but hey maybe 4 or 5 interviews works better for DBS.
