I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DBI Projects
Interview
The interview process moved quickly, but things turned unprofessional once an offer was made. I received an offer on Thursday, needed to respond by Friday, and start the following Wednesday. I was unable to meet this start date and tried to negotiate a later date, but the company refused and instead rescinded the offer. Please be cautious if you receive an offer from this company as they are unwilling to negotiate on the most basic of terms.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DBI Projects (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had three in-person interviews with different people each time. In the first, they talked about the company and role, their portfolio, etc., and opened the floor for me to ask questions. They mostly asked me questions about myself in the second and third interviews.
