It was a campus placement. Before coming to campus they take a aptitude test the questions are very easy. On the day there will be a group discussion after which the shortlisted candidates go through interview with the panelists

Question 1
They don t ask technical questions. They would be interested in situation based questions. Like the democratic way of solving a problem is right or wrong?
How would you handle a situation if there is a conflict in your team?
They are more interested in what kind of personality and approach you have.
There was an Online assessment test which had 3 sections, and it took around 45 mins to complete.
Interview- Personal interview with hiring team
Virtual assessment centre which conducts various tasks like group discussions and individual presentations
Multiple rounds, both behavioral and technical. For technical, they gave questions about Python, statistics, R, etc. You will have to explain your answers to a technical manager. The interviewers are very nice.
