Applied online, had a phone conversation, and then was brought in for an in person interview. Never heard back, and I had to chase down a recruiter to hear about my result. The whole process took around 6 months. Seems like a nice place to work, but it really shouldn't take 6 months to hire someone, and I was very disappointed that I was going to be ghosted after an in person interview. Think about working on your HR process.
