I was contacted after submitting my resume and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire. From there, an HR representative reached out to me to a brief conversation about the company and the interview process. They said the next step would be that they would contact me to schedule an interview time.
From that point forward, my contact with the company was one-sided and extremely limited. Starting May 22, I would attempt to correspond with DAI every week to set up an interview time. Each week, I would give my availability, but never got a response as to an interview time. I would reach out early in the week, and the only reply given (if at all) would be late on a Friday which would say they would handle things first thing the next week, which ultimately never happened. This dance continued for nearly 2 months before I was informed that they had ultimately filled the positions.
It was an extremely frustrating process as a job seeker to seemingly have the opportunity to interview for a position that seemed a perfect fit, only to never receive said opportunity for reasons completely out of my control.
All in all, the process was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend applying to positions until more HR staff has been hired.
