The initial interview only took 15 minutes. The interviewer asked very basic questions, mostly about my resume. She gave a brief overview of the company and highlighted the structure of the work. The second interview was much longer. During the hour and half interview, I was asked about my resume again, but walked through the company's background, the compensation package, as well as the advancement structure.
