D&S Community Services interview questions

First was an interview with 3 in the group. I was asked for examples on how I dealt with behaviors, my background with disabilites. Then there was an observation period where a manager observed how I interacted with the clients.

Basically no interview, just a basic job description, some background questions, informing you that you won't get rich in this line of work, that it's a from the heart kind of job, drug test, and off to training you go, training takes about a week, then you're dropped into a house to help care for a client.
