Managed to get to the first interview with the n+1 after an initial 30-minute phone interview with the HR, which was very positive. The n+1 was not interested in leading the interview the beginning. The interviewer had very little interest in me. This interview was supposed to last 1 hour but did not even lasted 30 minutes. Unfortunately bad experience.
