Drawn out interview process. Hiring managers conduct back channel references during the interview process, which is unheard of in this industry, and you'll still have to provide formal references to the recruiter.

Felt very natural and easy to talk to the interviewers. Conversation was flowing in a friendly manner. Seems like a fun environment to work in and some great benefits. However, office in Van Nuys is not ideal with expectations of working 9 - 5. Would be easier to get in early at 7am - 7:30am and out by 4pm to beat traffic and still feel like you live a life outside work.
