Following this, I had a more technical and in-depth discussion with the Head of Department, where we explored my expertise, previous projects, and how my skills could contribute to the team.
The final stage consisted of a meeting with an Executive, which centered on strategic vision, long-term objectives, and alignment with the company’s broader goals.
