CTO interviews in the 1st round. Expects to learn the concepts of security in a week's time. Viva will be conducted based on it. He says taking holidays / going home after 7 pm is a govt. job. Also gives the assignment to check if we can work under pressure. Not sure why is working under pressure or going home after 7 pm considered a good thing here!

Interview
It was a 4-5 round process.
The first and Second Rounds were mostly technical, understanding current roles and responsibilities, experience in the domain, etc.
The 3rd and 4th rounds were management-related to see how an individual fits the role they are looking for, past organization culture, team structure, interest area, etc.
Overall it was smooth process
