Telephone Screening in English and Spanish. Test proficiency in healthcare, legal and insurance business, as these are their clients. Any native Spanish speaker can excel, as well as a high school level English will get you through the door.

The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!

It was quite a short interview process. It was one initial phone interview, you an eligibility exam, and if you pass and meet their requirements, you get the offer letter. Easy and quick!
