interview at the office and then submitting online form after that we receive a call for a quality and skills check, training course for 4 week another test for learning during the training finally start receiving phone calls over the phone.
Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
