it was a smooth, relax and professional phone interview. I have received the first phone call after one week I submitted the application. After that I was given a professional review brochure to learn some of the testing contents and prepare for it.

HR emailed and called to schedule and confirm the phone interview date and time. During the phone interview, there were two people asking questions, including a Mandarin speaker and a non-Mandarin speaker.
