My first contact was a 15 minute phone interview with the HR recruiter to ensure I met the minimum requirements. Then I had an hour long in-person interview with two people, the hiring manager and the manager of the department I would interface with quite a bit. The work environment was quiet even though the cube walls were non-existent (think The Office). The second round of interviews were 30 minute short interviews with 5 different people, including the VP. Everyone was cordial and all questions were straightforward with the exception of the VP interview. Those questions were very open-ended.
